Objectives

• Initiate structured communication among all partner institutions following project approval.
• Establish initial operational coordination before the first physical mobility.
• Present and clarify the main dimensions of the project: objectives, activities, responsibilities, and expected outputs.
• Discuss the allocation and distribution logic of the project budget across partners.
• Determine the number of participants for each mobility.
• Confirm the dates and preparatory framework for the kick-off meeting in Düzce (24–25 February 2025).

Activities

• Formal online gathering of one or two representatives from each partner institution.
• Presentation and discussion of the project’s core objectives and strategic priorities.
• Clarification of partner roles and responsibilities within the 24-month implementation period.
• Preliminary alignment on work plan structure and activity sequencing.
• Budget overview discussion and explanation of allocation logic.
• Planning of mobility participation numbers per partner.
• Agreement on dates and organisational preparations for the kick-off transnational meeting in Türkiye.

Outcomes

• The consortium established an active communication channel and confirmed operational readiness.
• Roles and responsibilities were clarified, reducing the risk of misalignment during the implementation phase.

Impact

Although conducted online, this initial coordination meeting played a strategic role in stabilising the partnership at an early stage. By clarifying administrative and financial aspects in advance, the consortium minimized potential delays and strengthened governance efficiency before the first physical mobility. The meeting also demonstrated the partnership’s capacity for structured digital collaboration—fully aligned with the project’s emphasis on technology-enhanced educational innovation.
