• Enable partners to present their institutions, education contexts, and expectations to strengthen cooperation.
• Review the project timeline and milestones, ensuring clarity on the work plan and deliverables.
• Establish practical coordination procedures (communication channels, shared documentation workflow, and partner responsibilities).
• Initiate project identity work through a joint session on the project logo.
• Align on core dissemination and visibility components (newsletter/minutes, website, promotional materials).
• Confirm the next mobility framework and preliminary dates (Netherlands).

• Warm-up and icebreakers.
• Review of the Gantt Chart and implementation planning.
• Coordination on shared Google Drive access, permissions, and usage procedures.
• Planning and alignment on a staff survey across partner organisations.
• Coordination on bulletin/minutes, website, and core communication workflow.
• Review of the online platform template concept and promotional materials.
• Agreement on next mobility planning (Netherlands).
• End-of-day evaluation.
Additional component
• Field visit to a local partner school, including observation of school activities and hands-on experience with VR glasses in a school context.
Outcomes
• Partners established a common operational baseline: responsibilities, communication routines, and documentation standards.
