Online Coordination Meeting Dissemination – Düzce İl MEM

Objectives

• To inform the general public about the first online coordination meeting of the Erasmus+ KA220-SCH project “WE ARE IN VR”.
• To ensure transparency regarding the launch of international cooperation activities.
• To strengthen the visibility of the coordinating institution at the beginning of project implementation.

Activities Implemented

• Publication of an Instagram post presenting the online coordination meeting held on 2 January 2025.
• Communication of the project title, partnership structure, and initial coordination steps.
• Inclusion of Erasmus+ visibility elements and reference to international collaboration.

Results Achieved

• Increased awareness of the project among the regional education community and followers of the Directorate’s official social media account.
• Transparent communication of the project’s initial implementation phase.
• Strengthened institutional visibility as project coordinator.
