Newsletter No.1 – Project Launch & Kick-off Meeting

Objectives

• To officially introduce the Erasmus+ KA220-SCH project “WE ARE IN VR” to partner networks and stakeholders.
• To inform educational communities about the approval and launch of the project.
• To present the international partnership structure and project objectives.
• To document and disseminate the outcomes of the initial online coordination meeting and kick-off meeting in Düzce.

Activities Implemented

• Publication of Newsletter No.1 including project reference number and Erasmus+ visibility elements.
• Presentation of the seven international partners and their roles within the consortium.
• Summary of the online coordination meeting held on 2 January 2025, including discussions on objectives, responsibilities, budget distribution, and mobility planning.
• Detailed coverage of the Kick-off Transnational Project Meeting held in Düzce on 24–25 February 2025.
• Documentation of partner presentations, Gantt chart review, coordination procedures, and VR classroom visit experience.

Results Achieved

• Increased awareness of the project among institutional and professional networks.
• Transparent communication of project structure and initial implementation steps.
